The ACC's purpose is to review all requests for exterior additions, alterations or changes of any structure or lot as outlined in the Architectural Guidelines. 

ACC approval is required BEFORE any work has begun to comply with ACC requirements and avoid costly changes. All requests must be submitted in writing using the ACC Request Form.

NOTICE – Additional Information Required for ACC Application

Please be advised that a survey showing the deck and screened porch is required for this application. Additionally, provide the deck's measurements/details so they can be included in the application, even if the structure is already built.

Submit the requested information at your earliest convenience to avoid processing delays.
